• While we strive for prompt delivery, any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

We take pride in the quality of our Super Beam Wipers. However, we understand that issues can occur during transit.

• Damaged Goods: If your Super Beam Wipers arrive damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge to you.

• Return Process: To receive your replacement, please return the damaged wipers to us at the following address: PO Box 87305 Auckland 1742

• Replacement Policy: Once we receive the damaged items, we will promptly send you a new pair free of charge.

• Consumer Guarantees Act: Our policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, screenwipers.co.nz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
